Cold or Hot Plunge Only in the Contrast Suite:

• Private suite
• Cold Plunge or Hot Plunge
• Up to 55 minutes of suite use
• Please bring your own towel(s) and shower shoes. We recommend a full size bath towel and a small towel for sweat.
• Must be 16+ (18 and under must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian)

For your own Health and Safety If you have any of the following Conditions/Disorders, you will be ineligible for this service: Heart Disease/Failure/Arrhythmia or Atrial Fibrillation, COPD or a pacemaker, pain pump, or internally implanted devices.

If you have any Chronic or acute Kidney Diseases, seizure disorders, or Heat/Cold allergies, blood disorders, Major Circulatory Dysfunction, Healing disorders, open wounds/sores.

If you are pregnant or under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
