Cryotherapy

Session Details & Age Requirements

• Duration: 1 to 5 minutes.

• Age Eligibility: Must be 16 or older (guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian).

Attire & Protective Gear

• Men: Wear shorts.

• Women: Wear a swimsuit or a bra and spandex shorts.

• Extremities: Cotton gloves and socks are required to protect your hands and feet (you may bring your own or use the pair provided on-site). No metal!

Health & Safety Restrictions For your safety, you are ineligible for electric cryotherapy if any of the following apply:

• You are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• You have an internally implanted device, such as a pacemaker or pain pump.

• You have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, including heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, or COPD.

• You experience chronic or acute kidney disease, seizure disorders, blood disorders, major circulatory dysfunction, or heat/cold allergies.

• You have open wounds, sores, or healing disorders.
