Infrared/Steam Sauna - Locker room

20 minutes
- Location: Member Locker Room 5-person Sauna
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (Infared)
- Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Steam)
- Up to 20 Minutes of Infrared/Steam Sauna Service
- Must be 16+ (17 years and under must have their parent/legal guardian sign consent before use)
- Please bring your own towel(s) and shower shoes. We recommend a full size bath towel and a small towel for sweat.
For your own Health and Safety If you have any of the following Conditions/Disorders, you will be ineligible for this service: Heart Disease/Failure/Arrhythmia or Atrial Fibrillation, COPD or a pacemaker, pain pump, or internally implanted devices.
If you have any Chronic or acute Kidney Diseases, seizure disorders, or Heat/Cold allergies, blood disorders, Major Circulatory Dysfunction, Healing disorders, open wounds/sores.
If you are pregnant or under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
