David Cardenas has been shaping champions since 2017 as the head coach of Zion Hill Running Club, guiding athletes to national titles and mentoring over 70 All-American performers.
A true multi-disciplinary coach, David brings expertise as a Sports Performance Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Running Endurance Coach, and a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach. He combines cutting-edge training techniques with a focus on injury prevention, performance optimization, and long-term athlete development.
Beyond the track, David serves as a Recovery Advisor at 78155 Family Athletic Club, helping athletes maximize gains with cryotherapy, infrared therapy, cold/hot plunges, and sauna protocols. His holistic approach ensures athletes not only perform at their best but recover smarter and stay in the game longer.
