Codie Brooks is an athletic performance coach with a strong background in kinesiology and years of hands-on experience developing athletes across multiple disciplines. He studied Kinesiology at Sam Houston State University, with a minor in Exercise Science, and previously attended UTSA, building a solid academic foundation in human movement, strength, and conditioning.
Professionally, Codie has been working as an Athletic Performance Coach with Everyday Phenom since 2018, where he focuses on improving speed, agility, strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall athletic mindset. He also serves as a Sprint and Jump Coach for Zion Hill Running Club, where he trains athletes in proper running mechanics and techniques for short-distance sprints, hurdles, and jumping events, helping them refine both performance and fundamentals.
In addition to his coaching experience, Codie holds certifications in Strength and Conditioning as well as AED/CPR through ISSA. His athletic career includes notable achievements such as Freshman All-Conference Defense, Conference Sack Leader, multiple All-Conference Honorable Mentions, and contributing to a Southland Conference Championship team. He has also competed at high levels, including a CFL camp invite and professional arena football, bringing real-world competitive experience into his coaching approach.
